Damaged or Defective Products:
- In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective items along with your order number to info@kahusdogtreats.com.
- We will review your case and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Cancellations:
